He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. During his practice of more than ten years he has obtained diversified experience in service to industrial & commercial clients relating to, taxation & corporate consultancy.
His area of expertise also includes corporate and project financing and restructuring thereof. Being passionate about goods & service tax act, he has advised various clients for its smooth implementation during the revolutionary change in the indirect tax regime in India.

Rohit Gupta

B.Com (H), FCA

A commerce graduate from Delhi University, he is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, since 2009. He has a rich experience in the areas of Assurance & Advisory services, Income Tax & dealing with commercial clients.
Rohit actively assisted various clients with setting-up of business in India with responsibilities like ensuring timely and effective tax and regulatory compliance management.

Sanjay Agarwal

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has gained diversified experience while working with multinational companies like, Honda, Moser Baer, Luminous etc. He has insightful experience of SAP implementation and the development of standard operating procedure, etc. He also deals in financial services and providing services to large to medium and small to micro clients. He also has hands on experience in MIS.
